It was my first time here with my family for just the weekend and we loved it The concierge and staff were very professional and courteous. The unit was very clean and well supplied with all a person needs, bathroom supplies kitchen supplies, etc. The only reason why I am giving the room 4 stars is because I feel like they need to be updated. The amenities were great, Fitness center, bathroom with jacuzzi - Steam room- Sauna - well stocked showers - very clean. Fairly affordable too. I suggest picking wisely when you choose a room because we tried to rent a room with a balcony, hoping for a good view, but the view was completely blocked by nothing, but trees. Centrally located so not far from many places. Overall, I feel that this place is definitely a great place to stay at when visiting the Kissimmee Florida area with your family. βββββ

Great place to stay in Kissimmee. We got a two room suite that includes a full size kitchen and dining area so had lots of space. Great for long vacations with several family members. Pool area was good - not too crowded and easily accessible. Staff were responsive and quick to help.

Six of us shared a 3 bedroom condo for 7 nights. It is really 2 suites with a common vestibule. The key to the outside door unlocks the door to each side. The main side had a full kitchen (fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils), living room, dining room, bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower stall and garden tub next to bedroom. It also had doors that opened out to a small patio with table and chairs. The other side had a bedroom with 2 full size beds, small bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub with shower, mini kitchen (sink, mini stove top, dishwasher) The 2nd bedroom on that side is really a den with a pull out sofa bed and mini refrigerator. There was also a stacked washer and dryer in the vestibule. They accommodated our request to be on the ground floor because there were three 80 year olds in our group. We were able to park right in front of our door. One night, the guests above us had a long and loud argument. I had to call security 2 times. Thirty minutes later, the arguing stopped. It was comfortable, close to stores and businesses, the grounds were well groomed and the pool was fabulous! My only complaint would be the small bathroom on the 2nd

I booked a day pass and massage through ResortPass, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to Hanie at the spa front desk, who was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She made the check-in process seamless and ensured I felt comfortable from start to finish. This was my very first massage, and I had the pleasure of having Humberto as my massage therapist. He was exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The experience was relaxingand exceeded all of my expectations. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day and outstanding customer service!
